FREE DELIVERY to our New Zealand customers. All deliveries are door to door and will not require a signature unless specifically requested. For orders elsewhere in the world please contact us providing details as to what products you would like to purchase, along with delivery address, and we will be happy to quote you.
Unlike many other online stores, we hold stock and strive to have your order sent out within just 48 hours of ordering. If for any reason any part of your order is not immediately available (and not stated otherwise on the website) then you will be advised and given the opportunity to make changes, or cancel and receive a full refund.
Dream Lingerie takes pride in its service and excellent value. We will accept returns for exchange or credit provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, are unworn and unwashed, and with all labels and tags attached and therefore in re-sellable condition. If goods are faulty or supplied to you incorrectly, then Dream Lingerie will arrange for them to be picked up free of charge and replaced.
If a product is found to be incorrectly addressed by Dream Lingerie then we will shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect address, then we can not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be with the Customer.
Please note, for hygienic reasons, stockings and bodystockings can not be replaced or refunded unless faulty. Also, and for the same reason, please ensure that you initially wear a liner when trying on any lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. Thank you.
